After purchasing your tickets you will receive an email confirmation of the ticket purchase. This email will not include your tickets yet. To receive your tickets, you first have to personalize the tickets. In the email with the confirmation of your ticket purchase, you will receive a link to personalize your tickets.
You need to log-in with (or create) a B2S account to personalize your tickets. Only personalize your own ticket eand make sure that you invite your friend(s) to personalize the other ticket(s). The main booker will receive all the tickets in their inbox.
If you have not received your tickets within 24 hours, please contact Paylogic. Make sure you'll also check your spam.
