If you accidentally put the wrong name on your ticket while personalising or want to give the ticket to someone you know, you can change the name that is on your ticket. Please follow these steps:
- Go to the confirmation email of your order and click on the personalisation button or on 'Manage order' at the bottom of the email.
- Click 'More actions' and then 'Name change', or click on the three dots menu of the ticket and then 'Name change'.
- Fill in the email address of the new visitor and complete the payment. A new invitation is sent to personalise the ticket.
